It's really hard for me .

• Were you shocked at the figures relating to the number of scams/victims that take place?

there're 19.5% are located in VIC .

• The investigation reported that the top most common type of scam received was the lottery scam closely followed by computer support scams.  As a member of the ACFT (Australasian Consumer Fraud Taskforce) what decision-making would you make based on these results.

I should be more cautious when I  get any information .
